Registration

All participants may choose one of three methods of registration and payment.

1. On-line “Early registration”. Deadline is April 30, 2017.
2. On-line “pre-registration”. Deadline is June 9, 2017.
3. On-site Registration.

Note:

• Payment of on-line “early registration” or on-line “pre-registration” should be made by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) via this website.
• If you make a payment (by a credit card or by cash) at the registration desk, your registration choice will be as “On-site”.
• Only Japanese yen(JPY) is accepted.
• On-line “early registration” and payment are strongly preferred.
• The name of the symposium will not appear but our company name, i.e., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., will in your credit card statement.

Registation Fee

Note:

• Registration fee (both regular and student) include Banquet fee.
• Extra Banquet Ticket for accompanying person is JPY5,000 for regular and JPY3,000 for student.
• Welcome reception (small snack) is free.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

According to your registration category, cancellation policy is different, please check the following;

• On-line “early registration”: No refund from May 1, 2017
• On-line “pre-registration”: No refund from June 10, 2017

Accommodation

We recommend to book your hotel as soon as possible. The symposium venue is near from JR Sapporo station, so we recommend to book a hotel near the station.

Accommodations for AMAM2017 will be arranged by Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. Please note that the deadline for booking a hotel room is June 9, 2017 at 23:59 JST.
