Format of the long abstract (A4 size, 1 page)

Please use the IEEE-style(double columns) format, described in either of the following two templates:

• Latex2e template and sample postscript.

  caption.sty required for figure and table captions. This will not work for LaTeX older than 1994/06/01.

  If you are unable to obtain a more current LaTeX, then simply comment out the "\usepackage[small]{caption}" command and use "\small" as the first entry in the "\caption{\small ...}" environment. Unfortunately, the LaTeX-provided "Figure 1:" and "Table 1:", etc., will still be normalsize.

  If you don't have it, here's times.sty in "\usepackage{times}".
  
  

• PDF for MS Word users. (MS-Word template is not available since something is wrong)
  
  
• The total length of the long abstract should not exceed 1 page.
